Elba Boutique Projects first came to the scene in 2003 with the intention of bringing life back into previously unloved plots. The main focus began simply to deliver a quality project on highly desired blocks, to not only bring to reality timeless architecture but also be a functional space for the end user.
Our Team have been actively involved in the industry for over 20 years, holding extensive experience with Residential & Commercial project management along with a wide-ranging familiarity in the Building & Product supply sector. Having this foundation has allowed Elba to facilitate end-to-end solutions, working with the environment and local eco-systems to reinvest back into features that the properties can offer for their future residents.

Adrian Tessieri
Adrian has over 20 years’ experience in the Australian building and development industry. Property development has always been Adrian’s passion, with the intention of cultivating a community of property investors and developers across Australia, for boutique property opportunities and philanthropic endeavours. Adrian has recently been heavily involved in and working on prestige property developments all across highly sought after suburbs around the Gold Coast, including but not limited to, Burleigh Heads, Tugun, Palm Beach and Tallebudgera.

Lisa Phillips
Lisa has found a true love of connecting people with property which subsequently lead her into the world of Elba Boutique Projects. Lisa strives to assist our clients from all walks of life to achieve their property and investment goals. She is passionate about real estate, being a homeowner and property investor herself, she is knowledgeable of the latest market trends in real estate, as well as the land and house construction processes. Not only does Lisa have a tremendous work ethic and determination, she has a real focus on finding successful outcomes for clients to develop their dream into a reality.

Paolo Di Russo
Paolo is one of the founders of Elba Developments and actively manages the running of the Aquila Capital Management business. Paolo is also the founder of the PDR Group which includes the ‘Financial Solutions’, ‘Property Management’ and ‘Property Development’ arms. He is an authorised representative of the Australian Finance Group. He holds a Bachelor of International Finance from Griffith University as well as being an Accredited Mortgage Consultant, Australian Credit Licence Holder, Licenced Real Estate Agent.
Paolo’s experience includes;
